High Pitch Buzzing Noise.

Hoping some one could help. On my way home from work tonight i got the Stop and Oil light flicker on for a second. Now iv just done a search and looks like a sensor failure. So i just went outside to do a trip computer oil check, turned the key to position 2 and lifted the bonnet and there is a high pitch buzzing noise coming from the engine bay. I turned the lights on and off and it made no difference, thinking it may be related to them. Anyone got any ideas what this could be?

That sounds like the throttle body I think, it whines a bit when the ignitions on due to it being controlled by a stepper motor...

High pitched buzzing from the FBW throttle body is normal on all Ph2 172/182s
