High pitched noise coming from engine

Hey,

I was just poking around my car engine (had a burning smell coming from the air vents, think the motor is burnt out going to fix this soon)

However when i turn the key two clicks this noise comes from the engine, i think I can hear it when the engine is on too. Could be nothing but hey! Heres some videos of the noise.
