high pitched whistling noise

on WOT above 4k a high pitched whistle comes from the engine,

going to 4k and above on part throttle makes no whistley noise its only WOT,

something mine has always done, car feels fine in all the time I had it, just wondered if its owt bad

Mine does it as well, just when I floor it... I asked on here a while ago, iirc Its the Injectors or Induction noise.

41k as near as makes no odds and it really quite hard to judge but i was say the near side(passenger side) of the engine bay,

which would certainly point to the airbox side, thing is ive just fitted a the simota induction kit i bought and whilst the simota makes a truly glorious sound the whistling is still there,
