Home cinema setup, Speaker wire

I need some help on choosing speaker wire; I have a Denon AVR-1906 AV receiver, Mission M32i Front speakers, M3C2i centre speaker and Mission M3DSi rears. What do you recommend? What the hell are Banana Plugs, QED Airlocks lol? How do they attach to the receiver and speakers?



Sorry for all the questions, complete novice at this and want to use the correct components so i don't break anything. Any help would be most appreciated.

these are banana plug. they are an easy push fit connection for speakers.

as for speaker cable imho as long as it can carry the current then it is all good
