Honda EG6 - Correction and Protection (PIC HEAVY)

  RB One Eight Two
Evening guys,

Well this morning saw me drive to a friends to give his new EG6 a correction and protection. Glad he had a garage as the weather this afternoon was terrible. I only had today to spend on it and with a little help by J we got it done in 6 hours.

It was a pleasure to work on this stunning example, the paint work was immaculate with it having had a re-spray not too long ago. This car will be featuring in Fast Car magazine in 2 months I think J said so keep your eyes peeled. It hasn't got any fancy engine its just a b16 but a immaculate example. Anyway enough waffle and on with the pics. It didn't need claying as it had been done not too long ago so it was a straight forward process. Products used,

Snow Foam
NXT Shampoo
NXT QD
Menzerna Polishes and Pads
Aquartz Sealant
AG HD Wax
AG Bumper Care
Lots of MF clothes
AG Metal Polish
MEGS Tyre Gel

Anyway lots of pics, Oh and before someone mentions the plate, it is just a show plate, he took the standard plate off to show me and I asked him to leave it off while I took the shots.

Pretty clean before I have even started

Once Snow Foamed and shampoo'd it was rinsed and then brought inside to access the paintwork. As you can see there were a few swirls but not too bad. There was some bad marring on the left side roof which I noticed a few 50/50s

Cheers guys.

Its EK pace he said. He had an EK9 but sold it to free up some monies then decided he wanted to stay old school and found this in Scotland.

  RB One Eight Two
So 180ish bhp? I like old school Honder's.

Its the 1.6 16v 158bhp unit from the Jordan/VTi IIRC?

I think so mate yeah. I'm sure someone on here will know more.

lovely ash what wheels are on it?

They are BBS's, he has taken the centre caps off as he lost one the other night

  RB One Eight Two
I think he has a few little mods in the pipeline but is waiting until after winter has passed now.

It is a lovely looking motor, remember seeing it at SMCS on the same stand as Android's Clio, pictures don't really capture just how silly low the thing is!

Great results.

It was silly low, he has raised it a tad as it was a nightmare to drive..
