Hoow to compress pictures?

If i want to compress files (jpg) what program do you advise? want to put some pictures on cs but there to big.

Seem pretty simple. Never used the XP one tho.. Used Microsoft Office Picture Manager oddly when I've needed to do it before? Hah.

Too big? Do you mean in dimension? For quick and easy resizng, try Power Toys image resizer. Very handy tool.

Great tool for resizing (been using it ages now) but I found the quality is a bit naff. Are there any other programs out there which do the same thing but retain the quality of the image a bit better?
