Fitted a new omp steering wheel to the 172 a couple of weeks ago. Wired the horn up and its been fine. Pressed it 2day and it sparked on the steering wheel. Horn now not working. Fuses are fine but theres no power to the horn wires. Does this mean the rotary switch is f**ked and needs changing?

Unlikely mate, its more likely to have taken a fuse out TBH. Did you physically pull the fuse for the horn circuit? Take the horn button assembly out of the boss and make sure the wires and connectors are still intact. You could also try quickly touching the two wire together to see if the horn still works as it may be the button itself that's busted.

I had taken the fuse out and it was fine. Touched the wires and there was nothing. Swapped the squib and its fine now
