How can i get more bhp on 172 sport!

Does anyone know of any easy DIY speed upgrades i can use on my 172 mk2 sport x-reg? It is totally standard at the mo.

true, and get lighter fronts, in a full fat 172 with airbags you could save loads by getting buckets over 30kg.

You could get one of these. Just had mine RR'd today and it put out 178bhp and again of 12lb ft of torque.
