How Do Delete Kits Affect Warranty Coverage?

Car  clio
Hello everyone.

I'm still within my powertrain warranty period and trying to figure out whether installing a delete kit would void everything if something unrelated breaks later. Dealerships obviously have incentive to deny claims, but I want to understand my actual rights here.

Has anyone dealt with a dealer refusing coverage after finding evidence of a delete, even for issues that seemingly have nothing to do with emissions systems?

Did you fight it, and did you win?

I'd like real world outcomes rather than speculation before deciding if the risk is worth taking right now.

I'd like real world outcomes rather than speculation, especially from anyone who has experience with a 2017 F250 delete kit, before deciding if the risk is worth taking right now.
thanks in advance for any help

I presume you mean EGR/DPF etc.

And the answer is yes, you modify the powertrain and you void the warranty because the warranty is only valid for the powertrain in its designed configuration.
