How do i get photos from my iphone to pc?

Its showing them in a list on itunes. But i cant open them in there to do anything with them.

Cheers for the link Snoop. :S It lists Apple iphone but when i click on it, it does sod all. Bloody iphone. Im beginning to wish i hadnt got one. Everything is such a pain in the arse.

Im on vista. Does that make a difference?

You can browse the iPhone using windows explorer and copy and paste onto your PC's HDD.

Go in thru My Computer and you should see Apple iPhone listed.

Thats better. Now i assume i right click on the pics i want and save them?
