How do i get to the heater fan?

My heater/AC fan has started making noises (like a tape player on fast forward, all speeds but gets faster on higher settings),, Whats the easiest way to get access to it please?

under the drivers scuttle panel mate. and possibly the passenger one too.

Cheers mate, done now, was only a bloody leaf right down inside!

Now found the throttle butterfly motor is making a constant noise when engine is off but ignition on....... Grr, never ends!!!!
