How do i get to the throttle body to clean?

i hava a 1.2 16v clio :S

I'm not familiar with the 1.2 engines, but find the airbox and follow it back to where it meets the engine.

What are you cleaning it with? Are your revs sticking or something?

ive taken the airbox of but then what do i have to do?
