How do I know if mine is a Cup or FF?

A silly question but how do I know what's what? I just bought one and the guy said it was a cup. I really don't get it.

Im not sure if it was bought privatley or trade but if you look on autotrader, the majority of garages selling 182's list them as cups no matter what it is lol!
