HOW DO I REMOVE MY FRONT BUMPER?

I am struggling to remove my bumper, does anyone know how to? i have removed the arch liners and undone the 2 10mm bolts each side, unpluged the fog lights and thats as far as ive got..., I am a rubbish mechanic

under the front of the bumper its most likely attached to the undertray it then should just be a case of unclipping it from the front archs by pulling it

Be brave when it comes to pulling the bumper out from the wings. (But not too brave or you'll probably snap something)
