how do i remove the sub-frame from the seat

hi peeps, had my seats vandilised last year as some of you remember, and now i want to remove the runners/sub-frame from the seats so i can sell or re-use the subs and scrap the seats, anyone have a scooby doo on how to do this or is there a idiots guide to my situation?

Runners on mine were bolted to the seats, may have to slide the runners forward or backward to get access to the bolts though

From memory you need to take off the plastic side cowlings which are held on by a t20 each side, then you will see some gold 13mm nuts you may have to remove the pre-tensioner (t40 I think). remove them and the seat will come away, just be careful of the loom and seat position sensor.
