Just upload it to photobucket then cut and paste the IMG code.

yer i did but it wont read it in the photoshop file type

Not save the file in a different format, or import it to someplace else?

ive changed file names to bmp jpeg and that but in photoshop it just brings up pic of original not the changes ive made!

copy and paste the picture into a non photoshop program then save it as a jpeg etc
