How do you record ringtones on a SE W800i

I don't have a clue, I only want part of a song, not the whole lot, so using the mp3 option won't work.

The one's thats on it are pap - i've had it ages but normally just have it on silent.

either cut down an mp3 with an mp3 editor or

Menu>Entertainment>Record Sound.

Then use the sound you recorded as a tone.
