How do you remove the plastic work like the side strips and inserts on the front bumper of a standard clio?

you cant remove the plastic bits on the bumper

You can remove the plastic mouldings on the bumpers, i removed the bumper and used a heatgun to warm up the tabs from the inside then they pull off. You might be able to remove them with the bumpers in place but they come off easily if not. The side strips just slide forward im sure, they're not hard to come off!
