Clio 200 broken dipstick need help

Seems to be common with the plastic sticks, so how do you remove this one to replace with metal,

Throw some ideas...

Dipstick tube out and knock it out. Had to do same on my dci recently.

I got it out, I put a thin ish screw down the side of it , screwed it down abit and pulled it out luckily all of it was there

Done well there. I tried that and the brittle plastic just started disintegrating
