How do you remove washer/squirter thing?

Im in the process of sanding my 172 sport spoiler but I cant remove the squirter..
Does it unclip some how?:S

I dont want to leave it in when I spray it..as it could peel from there.

can you get to it from the inside? generally just clipped in, try wiggle it side to side to find where the clip is

Iv wiggled but it not budge! thinking of sticking a bit of blue tack in squirty hole...and
just spraying it too.

just scuff around it well and mask it very precisely if you cant get it out, dont bother with any bluetak, just mask the entire thing

thinking about it, im pretty sure they just pull out though.

Just pushes out, get your finger in the hole and give it a good push.

Yippy I finally got it out after just 3 days..it sort of pushes out at an angle.
