How easy is it to remove rear difuser?

Jay your trying to say there is a brick rolling around between the exhause and difuser? 
Brick/pebble/stone? Or maybe screw? Who knows?
But there is something little rolling around in the difuser, you can hear it sometimes when you go around corners. Can only think something like a brick has flicked up between the gap of the exhaust and difuser...?
Will keep you all updated of what it is when I get the difuser off.
