Yeh my mate said he's had his to an (indicated) 120mph, but i cant get past 111mph that basically y i started this thread.

I've had 105 out of my 8v and the thing was screaming "stop it!, I cannie take annya more capitan!"

Felt really bad afterwards and expected to see a pool of oil on the drive the next day.

All my speed runs take place on the M20 just outside Maidstone. Have done acouple on the M1 (Wakefield) and on the M5 (Clevedon), nice long downhill gradients. I find it really funny people state in their posts that its on a track or runway. lol! you know its not and the coppers know it too! :evil:

I`ve had 120mph out of my clio (1.4) with just an induction kit fitted, i`ve since got a full de-cat exhaust system..but i haven`t tested the top end of it yet, it does seem quicker though in general.

How fast should my 1.2 16v go? Mine tops out at 111mph, if I put an induction kit or an exhaust on it what would they be likely to put it up 2?
