How hard can it be to find a mint mk1 172!!!

Been looking all over the show! I want a mint mk1 172... no higher than 55k on the clock. Willing to pay very good money but i cant find any anywhere!

Are they all s***ers now days?

That first one i shocking lol! Second one looks ok....

The problem is im very fusy as most know

Willing to pay 5k which is more than enough for a mint one!

Was just a quick search, first one not so good, but pretty low miles and with a budget of 5k gives you plenty of money to splash on it

£5k?? You should be able to find an absolute minter for that!!

Obviously, most are fairly 'leggy' mileage-wise these days... I wanted sub-60k but ended up with my 91k-er as it was so clean... One owner from new, full Renault service history. I bought it from the main Renault dealer the previous owner had chopped it in for a 197 with... Only thing wrong with it was rear shockers and rear bearings - Birchdown couldn't find anything else to fix!!

I'd say keep an open mind and go for low owners - the very few low mileage ones I've seen have been 3/4/5 owner sh!tters!!
