  Clio II and Grand Modus

I did mine yesterday and had it lined up besides the fuel line under the car and up through the fueltank gromet under the rear seat. Much easier than the bonnet release thing.

There was a topic in here that Jas wrote that had this kind of info in. It was a sticky from memory - where has it gone?

i drilled a hole thru, then filled it with a grommet.

Just be careful not to drill through anything important, IE. brakes etc.

Horrible noise mind....

^^^^ Chaffet by what??? How often do your fuel line get chaffed......It´s double insulated so don´t think it will . Your brakelines ar cobber too and they have no insulation so please........Beeing paranoid eye???

Cobber will only corrod when mixing with air and insulation = no air, so think it will be fine for a very long time!!

OK COPPER and it might as well corrode in the engine bay then right????

Insulation= Plastic around COPPER wire = no air......Anyway a plummer don´t work with cabels now does he???? COPPER will corrod when mixin with air, but not when it´s insulated!!! OK??

if you take the passenger side front wheel off and then the plastic arch liner it makes it dead easy to get to the bonet release gromet, its a bit fiddly otherwise, with the wheel off its a 2 second job

I used a thin metal coat hanger bent over into a hoop at the end to push through into the engine bay then attached my power cable to that hoop and pulled it back through, job done. Hardest part of my install was getting fresh speaker wire into the 2 front doors (covered in another topic).
