How is the scuttle fixed to the window?

I was out yesterday trying to solve my noisy wipers. I noticed that my scuttle seal sits off the window about 5mm in the bottom NS corner. Someone has silconed it to the window previously but I'm wondering how this was attached from factory?

I have the little push pin clips in either side, yet it still moves about loads. I reckon this has something to do with racket my wipers make.

Should be 2 x push pins and some white clips on the edge of the scuttle panel closest to bonnet that clip under the windscreen.

Ah, it must be the white clips that are broken/missing then. I'll investigate further once/if it ever stops raining. Cheers.
