(Touch Wood) None as yet and i had it since new and currentley on 52100 lol 1.2 16v that is

well your very lucky then

mine was 2 weeks, and had endless problems in the 18 months i have had it since

Had a wheel bearing go after a year.

One year then gearbox = DEAD .......................................

Drove it out the garage.

Got home, slept.

Took GF to work in the morning, BYE BYE ENGINE.

Is it a mk1 mate as think the gearbox are a bit week . Well it was on my mk1 172 anyway

its a 2004 dynamique . tbh it might be the clutch but ive heard of a few my shape go bang

1 week and the engine went pop round silverstone

Just hope it is the clutch for you as my bill was £1200 fot the 172 gearbox but then again it did explode
