Around town I normally get about 250.

£20 is about 250 miles ina 1.2 on regualr, i suppose it depends on A) if its regualr, or optimax, B) the price C) how you drive and D) how fat you are.
i put in £20 a week, of regular, usuallt works out to about 21litres, and i average about 43mpg., most og the miles i do are motor way so the revs are 3000-3500rpm formost of it., plus i'm a heavy b*stard so one jorney for me it like a normal person witha passenger.
