yep one of my mates thought it would be funny to grab the key out of the steering column and bent it as she was takin it out.....needless to say i was not best pleased



how much is it for a replacement?

depends whether u want the plipper or not...

keyes are cheap, plippers aint.

you can get uncut plippers from ebay for cheap, they just need programming to frquency and cutting, cuttings cheap enough, dont think prgrammings too deer

im pretty sure you can just by the blade, get it cut and put it in your existing plip

You can buy the blade and swap it IIRC, a complete new key is nasty money £100+ or something daft like that.

Mate its a nightmare. I lost one of my keys (well someone at my last place thought it would be funny to hide them) and was quoted around £110, that includes the blade, coding etc etc. Luckily someone found them the day the car was in the garage!! By the sounds of it youll just need a blade, around £13
