How much for my 172...

Im moving house so I might need to sell my 172 to free up some cash...

Not definate yet, but anyway Id like some advice about what its worth. First off its an import, but it does have the 3 year warranty. MkII 172 sport, 1 year old (03 plate), 11,000 miles, black, well looked after (no mods, everything as standard).

Whats the going rate for these now, private and trade?

Well I was offered 9700 for my 03/03 UK 172 by a dealer as a trade in, so less for cash buy back.

Private sale? Id guess 10,500?
