How much would this cost to fix (rust)

Rear arch liner has properly rusted, dad looked at it reckoned it could be welded as its only the liner not any mounting points which have rusted! failed mot on it (and many other things)

Anyone know much I would be charged for it to be welded?

No idea how much, but Ive seen a lot worse pass a MOT (old vw Beetles).

Its because it's so near a chassis mount afaik
