How much would you lower this?

So how much of a drop?
Also do you declare it on insurance? If so...I'm with Tesco, got any idea how much it'll cost to declare it?
Finally lol, how hard are they to fit??

easy to fit i done mine the other night took about 2 hours.
personally i would lower it more than 30 mm
there is two types of eibach springs i think, proline and sportline
ones about 30mm and the other is 50mm i believe i would go with the lower one!
