You should get everything you need in the kit ie clutch / Clutch pressure plate clutch/ release bearing .

have a look on ebay. theres a kit on there for a 1.2 for about £30. labour will cost you around £150

  Lots of Alfas
Make sure you get the whole kit including bearing. Shouldnt be much at all on that engine. Depending on mileage id wack in a new cable aswel.

hi guys rung some people up, so far i have quotes from £160 to £300, now one guy says that it would be £160 if my car doesnt have a front mounted subframe.. he says that it would be harder to remove if it does have a subframe so it will cost £260. so i dont have a clue, does my car have a front subframe? cheers

you do?? where are u based? didnt know you do service
im in lichfield midlans ,dont really do it for other pple apart from my mates as i cant gaurantee my work like a garage can but if you wanted to give me a hand i could do it with you

oh ryt i see.. argh shame your so friggin far away from me.. :( wel at least the price is alright around here and as long as the subframe wont be obstructing its alright.. thats ther main concern is that they wont be about to get to it without removing the frame first..

clutch is going mate... it over revs when i drive 'hard' everytime i change gear, the gear changes arnt instant the engine screams before the gears engage.. its slipping aswel in 3rd... its fine when i drive normal, but when some 'occasions' pop up the cars not prepared and its ghey..

plenty of room in there mate can do a cambelt with just the wheel and arch liner

woo il let the guys know.. they said its not like the williams and i first thought why does he think i hav a williams..
