How old are you now? About 12months ago i got a couple of quotes for 2grand fully comp for when i would be 19, so i saved 5 grand to buy a nice clio RS and then came to look at insurance. All the comparison sites were rediculous 3.5k+ then rang around a few little companies and cheapest i could get was 2800 Ended up getting a C2 VTS in the end.

But you got the better car :rasp:

I'm 23 with a 172, paying just over £700 to insure it.

The M3 is up for sale and a 172 will take its place, although if I dont find one I may opt for an Ibiza 130TDi
