how the hell...



Early start, Hard work. Not really enough time for either paint or laquer to dry.

Depends how good of a job done you want to do yourself.

I plan on doing 2 wheels a day in summer.

Did 4 of mine in the garage off my paing guns the other nite, Piece of piss, plenty of heats what you want and a hairdryer to assist and speed it up lol

did my 306 xsi wheels in one day, came up frickin mint, this was on a very hot day, managed to get around 6 coats of clear on aswel. Never flaked or peeled off.

Took this teaser on my cam phone on monday when i'd done them. Doesnt show the gloss much though, Might be on tomorrow so wil get some decent pics then, Broke my thumb on Wednesday and i have to swap the tyres over hence why i say might be on lol, should manage it one handed though :cool:

i powdercoated a set of 22inch range rover wheels in 3 hours last week, was a right ballache, customer wanted them fast so where i was working went into overdrive, took four of us to do it.
