How to clean 182 seatbelts ? ? ?

Hi, anyone got any tips on how to clean 182 seat belts and what with? may sound abit of a silly queation but mine have dirty hand marks on and just wanted to know if anyone else has done this and has any tips, thanks.

All Purpose Cleaner and a brush, try your best not to fray them !

As jew boy said. It is easyer to take them out completely aswell!

I used vanish carpet shampoo... came up ok, but still at bit grubby!
