How to clean calliper sliders

I'm assuming it's all fairly obvious but thought I should check on here before diving into the unknown tomorrow!

Just with a rag, then you'l need some slider grease or similar to put on.

Well jacked it up and at first couldn't find my 13mm socket, 5mins later dug that out from my spare set. Then I couldn't find a 15mm spanner. So I gave up and will go shopping this week for the tools!

Upside, finished wet sanding the touchup bits i started the other day!

I feel your pain. Its the most annoying thing when the spanner you require is the only one missing from the set.

Thought it was a 17mm

As above its a 17mm.

And good luck if the slider pin is seized in.

Don't use copper grease on the sliders either as it hardens and seizes again

Use red rubber grease on the sliders
