How to clean headlights?

My headlights have some slight scratching, can't feel it with my nail, and some dirty bits where I haven't cleaned them near the body work and had gone quite stubborn, what's the best way to correct these?

Have a look in guides section, under headlight correction by hand.

^ The guide for it on here is great, I've done it a few times with the polisher instead of a drill bit though lol, comes up well
