How to clean these

I've got the arch liners off my car and I've scrubbed them down with a stiff brush and some fairy liquid to get rid of the crap that was on them now I'm left with relatively clean liners apart from these bits...

Is this tar? Will far remover get rid of them easily or will I have to get a blade out or something and scrape them off?
is here any product I can use that will get rid of them quick and easy?

What are you doing in here, old man? How's the Saazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. x

Tardis will shift those, no problem. Although I would always advise buying it in the metal, sealed containers from Polished Bliss, they only come in 5l and there are other ways... perhaps a large website where you'd buy things now or at auction...

Why you would want to I don't know? Is it a concourse car?

The whole car has been cleaned renewed upgraded whatever so it would be a let down if I left the arch liners dirty ;)
plus once they're clean it's easier to keep them clean :)

Tardis is great at remover tar, as for stopping it sticking, there isn't much that will last long term other than GTechniq C4

I was going to get some c4 to protect them too :) but the point I was trying to make was up until it came off the road I never bothered cleaning them because they were a pain to get off and really dirty anyway. Now they're clean it will be easier to keep them that way :)

lol its a bit too annorak for me :p i'll give them a once over with the pressure washer but thats about it ha

As above really. But as an example, the guy that lives opposite me gave me his cousin's business card because, having walked passed my car for a few weeks, he wants to buy the car due to how clean the arches are. He thinks that suggests someone is anal about keeping the car in good nick so is worth a purchase. He'd be right.

I jet wash and just spray tardis on my arches, for some reason I hate them being filthy too
