How to do a Firmware Update.

Ive found out that i can do a firmware update on my Kenwood Headunit.
Has anyone done this before or can even tell me how to please?

Headunit is a Kenwood KMM-BT502DAB.

I'd imagine you download it and stick it on a usb stick and plug that into the headunit.
