how to find the Problem "Knock"

hard in first gear into second i get a big knock , im guessing its a engine mount ? How do you tell what mount is worn or broken ! :dapprove:

The other ones will be - not broken

Doesn't sound like an engine mount though if it is when you change gear, especially if it is only from 1st to 2nd

Lower engine mount(dogbone) is the main culprit of this knock, all my clios have done it, mainly when giving it some power - 1st gear change into 2nd.
