ie lotsand lots of hard braking, then just turning car off and leaving. if you do cane it then when you get home it you live on flat ground then put in gear and leave handbrake off.*

*mofo not liable for car rolling into another car or house or anything in that fact.

lol ok not liable, but if i do cane the brakes i normaly drive it round for a bit let em cool off etc, but is there any ways to take all the orangy coloured stuff? some 1 said wonder wheels will take it off

but i rarely give them a good thrashing

where is Rich wen u need him lol, he is up on all this stuff

Brake dust in the inside of the rims ? Wheel brush and some all purpose cleaner and shampoo should sort it.

I've started using ag srp then egp on my wheels and this helps loads when cleaning as the brake dust comes off easier. It'll take some time to do your spokey wheels but I think it'll be worth it.

The hub/centre of the disc will rust like that, best thing to do is paint it silver with some Hammerite Smooth. You can also do the disc edge to.

so best thing is to take the wheel of scrub it all off and paint it? is there any other ways to keep it cleanish for the mean while till i get time over summer?

Take the wheel off and wire brush the hub and it should clean it up, but unless you paint after the same corrosion will occur.

thanks alot rich, top tips, u can get the paint from halfrauds cant u? how many coats u reckon?

Yeah Halfords sell it, get the smooth finish as it looks better than the hammered one. One coat is normally fine.
