How to prevent this error box popping up when starting windows:

As the title says really.

Whenever i fire up the laptop i get this error box come up.

how do i find whats causing it and remove it?

probably a techy noob question but its been bugging me for ages

start -> run type: msconfig and press enter and slect the startup tab and have a look if it on startup?

if so de-select it

EDIT: just done a search on that file on google. its possibly a virus/spyware

Run malwarebytes and ccleaner. Both are free and may help sort the problem

ive used spybot for ages now, are those listed above better alternatives?

giving them a whirl now see what happens

ive got a smilar message, cc clean wont get rid.
