how to remove locking nuts on alloys





after alot of worrying i finally got my alloys but then came another problem. one of each stud per wheel has what looks like a locked round bolt which i cant remove so the alloys are still in pile in the bedroom, HOW CAN I GET IT OFF!!!!!QUICK, MY CAR LOOKS PANTS!!!!
