How to remove map sesnor - 1.2, push fit?

Just broke this trying to pull it out, half of it fell into the inlet, not a massive problem as im having that off anyway, im going to go to a scrap yard to get another, but dont want to brake another one!

I'd suggest a little flat head right up to the fitting edge; swapping from side to side as she comes.

shouldnt be too hard, there is a a lil rubber oring on the part that goes into the engine, maybe squirt a tiny lil wd40 on that area, once youve undone the clip give it a wiggle
