How to remove rear bumper trim on Mk2

I Used a couple of Tea Spoons to Lever it off.

Its just careful but Brute Force needed, You can pop your hand up behind the bumper and you will feel some of the clips and give them a bit of help out.

Edit* Scrap that I just realised your not talking 1*2

Take the bumper off and then push the little tabs out from the inside.
