They're hubcentric which is good but it means a lot of pressure on the wheel bolts which are longer than standard. I would only use spacers like this if I had studs instead of bolts.

Maybe look into replacing your wheel bolts for studs or buying more expensive spacers which bolt to the hub then the wheel bolts to the spacer.

I wouldn't compromise safety for a little less money.
