can you bolt a hubcentric spacer, to a hubcentric spacer?
in theory because they are solid, and the bolts will still be the right length,
i dont see why not,

or is that toying with fate??

btw i was thinking of bolting a 15mm to a 25mm??

just bought 25mms, and dont fancy forking out again for 40mm ones just because i want it wider lol

I wouldn't even consider that, it's bad enough with one set tbh. 80mm wider = not good either.
