Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Matt (Not Normal Developments) and Gray!

They have both given up the last 2 days to help sort my f**k up of a car out, with tremendous patience, as every simple task turned into a mammoth episode!

Finally got the car back on the road at midnight last night ready for Alton Towers today.

You two, you are absolute stars, thanks so much for your time, effort and sheer determination! Really appreciated and wont be forgotten!

Food...finally after 7 hours!!!

after hours of problem after problem...we lost the light....had no choice but to carry on until the early hours....

2 days, a LOT of hard work, and the deduction that the previous owner of my car was a total bodger and I was back on the road.

everything was seized, we had drive shaft issues, both bottom ball joints were fecked, both track rods ends were fecked, both rear shocks and springs were fecked, nothing what so ever went rite....then to top it of it rained LOL

I have a double garage inc fan heater and fully functional kettle with a selection of tea/coffee lol

The car wasn't safe to drive on the 1st night, so Matt took me all the way back to Chesterfield, and offered to pick me up, but I did an Ollie and got the train LOL! ()

Were you wheel spinning all the way through 2nd and 3rd when I was following you earlier btw? Car sounded great... the exhaust's pretty close to the ground though :S

Glad its all sorted now.. but I am not touching any form of tools, jack, axle stands, nuts, bolts, WD40, gearbox oil for at least a month hahaaa

nice to no how it was performing from a 3rd eye view.......im always fighting the torque steer

Alright mate.. think you've convinced me, I'll put my name down on the list... Teg will have most things in the corners I recon, never driven a car that handles anywhere near as well as it. It's amazingt as standard but mines on AST coilovers with a fast road geo setup... the VX was piss poor in comparison - Dare I say it on here.... I think it would even have a cup in the twisties :quiet:

A little birdy (a blonde one) told me you maybe fitting a passenger seat in the Clio... can I call the first shotgun at the Matlock meet if it's still in :approve:
