Hunting cold idle whilst driving

When my cars cold i.e when I leave work my car will idle fine but when driving and dip the clutch to come up to a junction or stop in traffic it starts 'hunting' :S

It's not only when the clutch is pressed, even if you slow down with the gears it'll slow then seem to 'run away with itself'

Car has a milltek and jms remap

Anyone else experienced this?

My 182 (completely standard FF with packs) does the same, seems to be a uneven idle..almost like it's been set too low.
