Hunting when cold?

Clio 182, recently has started hunting when cold, it has just had a new coil pack leads and plugs and a fuel injector as there was a miss fire i have cleaned the tb and made sure there was no leaks were the inlet has been bolted back down and all seals and gaskets are fine can anyone shed any light on this, a soon as the car reaches working temp its fine?

Im into fords so im not that clued up on renaults but could be sticky valves (just a thought)
